It's summer and all I want to do is swim. I don't live near an ocean, and the lake to the west is far too salty and full of brine-shrimp clumping at the shore, and then there's nasty UV rays to consider, so I have started taking deep water aerobics classes at the local aquatic center.
I really hate standard everybody jump now! aerobics, but I love deep water aerobics. It feels like play. Try it and tell me what you think.
