I etched an Art Nouveau design into metal using ferric chloride, then soldered a sterling silver bezel on the surface to hold a pearl.

About Me

Danna: I'm a writer and artist. I made the decision this year to take my work, (writing and collage paintings) seriously. Prairie Schooner published the first chapter of my novel in their 75th Anniversary Fiction Issue. I am currently at work on a novel about mentally and physically disabled residents of a group home, on the cusp of Reagan's repeal of the 1980 Mental Health Systems Act. My artwork has been exhibited at the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art, University of Wyoming Art Museum, Utah Museum of Fine Arts, and local galleries.
